Go and spread the ashes around the world
Q1 If, and when, you die what kind of service or funeral would you like and why
I would like a cremation and would not want service. I would be happy for the ashes to be posted back and everyone to have a party. As I like travel I would say go and spread the ashes around the world

Q2 What colours or clothing would you want to be dressed in (or others to be dressed in)
I really don’t mind what colour people wear whatever they feel comfortable in but I would like them to celebrate
Q3 If you close your eyes what do you see right now?
Green fields and water
Q4 If you would like to say anything about this project, your last wishes or anything this brings up for you, please add here.
I think this is an excellent project to bring up topics people don’t want to or are scared of talking about.
Q5 How have your feelings or experiences of loss changed over the last 3 years? How might you grace yourself with forgiveness for any regrets around the death of loved ones and letting go of guilt
I have lost one of the most important people in my life in the last 3 years. Thankfully we always spoke about last wishes and regularly so I don’t have any guilt around death. I believe it’s best to understand what people want, not what the family believes they would want. I have also lost young people suddenly in the last year so it doesn’t matter what your age always express your wishes. If not for yourself but for the people left behind.it also shows we are only in this world for a short term, so enjoy your life we all only get one.

Q6 Any suggestions for others who might need to arrange your/funeral or grieving (or both)
Please give your wishes and get your family and loves ones wishes. I have witnessed over the years families that have all their wishes and it’s easier for part of the grieving process as it what they wanted. and you are given them their final wishes, to families arguing falling out over the whole process and worrying about the cost of death.
Q7 Are there any pieces of music comes to mind or you’d like to share
Nothing comes to mind, but I have been to many funerals and I always think that uplifting happy music brings a smile.
